Partnership Deal Funding
We offer partial funding on deals where we are a partner with you, on both debt and equity partnership deals.
Competitive ROI on Cash Invested
We offer a fixed, guaranteed competitive return on based on the amount of funds and length of time you invest with us compared with your next best alternative.
Property Buy/Sell
If you are Wholesaler and have properties to sell, please add us to your Buyer’s List. Send us your contact info and we can provide you with our preferences. View the properties we are selling under the Pending section.
Apprenticeship
Visit projects currently underway, or potentials and form a protege / mentor relationship. You are welcome to tour or meet with any of our team members whether you are just getting started to build your business to the next level.
Real Estate
We specialize in both flip and cash-flow properties. We prefer single-family, duplex, townhouses 2 to 6 multi-family units in the Chicago suburbs, however we will consider any type of property in the greater Chicago area, if the ROI is justified. Our preferred guideline, not really a requirement, is around 20% ROI for cash-flow and 40% ROI for flips properties.
Business Opportunities
We are interested in seeking any business investment opportunities. If the opportunity can potentially earn >30% ROI yearly, we’d love to hear from you to consider a partnership. Some examples of opportunities we are interested in include, but not limited to: Self-storage units, car wash, strip malls, parking lots, fitness centers or a service-industry franchises.
